We use plenty of dry ice and a specially designed, reusable insulated cooler to insure that our meals remain completely frozen and in excellent condition throughout transit.
THIS IS OUR GUARANTEE - If you should ever receive a shipment where the meals are not thoroughly frozen, contact us immediately at orders@theorganicbistro.com and we will offer you the following choices:
- Send a replacement shipment to you immediately at no charge
- Reimburse you for the order
Standard Shipping
Your Organic Bistro Whole Life Meals will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order.
Expedited Delivery
For those interested in expedited service we offer 2nd Day Air delivery so your Organic Bistro Whole Life Meals will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is an additional charge for this service. Rates vary based on location - please use the shipping charge calculator to determine the charge to your area. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, and all day Thursdays and Fridays will arrive the following week.

To guarantee delivery, we must have your proper and complete address. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O addresses.
