More Vitamins and Minerals

We build Organic Bistro Whole Life Meals to provide optimal levels of nutrition, so organic ingredients are the smart choice. Because organic vegetables, grains, nuts, fruits and spices are grown as nature intended, they draw higher levels of nutrients from the rich soil that is carefully nurtured by organic farmers. Studies have shown that some organic vegetables contain more than 10 times the nutrient levels of their conventional counterparts.

More flavor

We believe that organic vegetables, grains, nuts, fruits and spices taste better. It's not scientific; we just eat the Whole Life Meals, then compare them to other frozen entrees made with conventional ingredients. Meals made with wholesome organic ingredients taste better.

Probably the best example of this is organic tomatoes. Most of us have pleasant memories of the rich and flavorful tomatoes, hand-picked from the garden, your grandmother used to serve. That’s the flavor level that organically grown vegetables deliver.

On the other hand, today’s conventional tomatoes are nearly perfectly shaped and look extremely appetizing. Unfortunately - they have very little flavor. This is because they were developed for looks and transportability rather than flavor.

Conventional vegetables and fruits can’t compare with the wonderful natural flavor of organics. We believe it enough to pay the market premium for organic ingredients because we know that the extra flavor comes through in our meals.

No Chemicals, Preservatives, GMOs or Artificial Ingredients

Organic Certification - Organic foods are grown and processed without synthetic pesticides, chemicals or preservatives, and by consuming organic foods you avoid them as well. Pure, natural and environmentally responsible are the standards we maintain as we develop each delicious new recipe.

GMOs - Organic Bistro meals contain no Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). GMOs are organisms that have been genetically engineered by taking genes from one strain of a plant, animal or virus and inserting them into another, with the goal of reproducing characteristics of the original species in the receiving species.

There is much debate about the benefits and dangers of GMOs, but what is clear is that the long-term effects of these scientifically induced modifications are not currently known. Because we are committed to achieving health through natural methods, we simply are unwilling to accept any potential consequences of ingredients that have been fashioned through genetic manipulation.

ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS - It is difficult to track the purity of Artificial Ingredients so we simply don’t allow them in any of our meals. We are able to make this stipulation because the organic ingredients that make up our meals impart so much natural flavor that no artificial ingredients are necessary.
